During my survey,the insured has mentioned as cause of accident as ,"my car was parked outside the park.Some mischievous children marked some bad remarks/abuses on complete RH side of car.It looks bad,if I drive the car,so car should be repainted."( FIR not arranged)
My question is,
1) can it be treated as accident & cashless facility be provided.
2) is FIR/DD required
3) if it is not an accident,where this can be covered.
