Dear Fellow Members
Kindly give your opinion for CPM Policy claim in which only one machine viz chain mounted Excavator insured, got damaged due to rocksliding during cutting a hill to build up a road, questions are
1. Is the loss falls under the scope of AOG.
2. Driving Lisence/Certificate of training of such type of machine operations required as in such type of operations a lot of skills required.
