Theft of my vehicle

I purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus Motor cycle from dealer in Delhi & got it insured through National Insurance Company. My younger brother Rajesh Kumar had taken the vehicle to his college,who was not having driving licence.The theft occurred within a week of purchase without registration No.Police lodged FIR after 10days.I intimated to the company after I got FIR copy
Except driving licence,I have given all the required papers to the Surveyor. Will I get my claim?
